Booking Policy
It is strongly recommended to book your party at least 2 weeks in advance!
Cancellation Policy
If you plan to cancel your party, please do so 48 hours before your scheduled event. If you paid in full upfront and you choose to cancel your party, half of your monies will be returned as the the deposit is non-refundable.
Deposit policy
All deposits are non-refundable !!
Out of State/ In State Policy notice
You as the customer have the right to cancel or reschedule your party; however, please do so 48 hours in advance. Please remember, if you choose to cancel your party, the deposit is non-refundable. If you choose to reschedule, your original deposit will be honored. Full refunds will only occur in the event there is a natural disaster.
Last minute booking policy
If you book with the League the same week of your party, you will be charged a last minute booking fee of $50 in addition to the party package price.
CITY TO CITY BOOKING POLICY
If your event is an hour drive or more from New Orleans, be expected to pay an additional $60.00 per hour of drive time in addition to the party package fee.
